2. Refund Policy

Refund Credits

Approved refunds will be credited to your Kasli-Jewels website/app wallet only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.

Full Order Returns

Only complete orders are eligible for return. Partial returns are not accepted.

Box Opening Video

A clear box-opening video is mandatory for processing a return request. This video helps us verify the condition of the products at the time of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Charges

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kasli-Jewels will cover the return shipping charges.

Returns for Other Reasons

For returns requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Return Conditions

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, along with:

• Original packaging

• Tags, if applicable

• Accessories, if any

• Any other items received with the order

Products that are used, altered, damaged, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Processing & Refund Time

Once we receive your returned parcel, it will be inspected and processed.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the return to be processed and the approved refund to be credited to your Kasli-Jewels website/app wallet.

6. How to Return Your Order

You are responsible for safely packing and returning the Goods to us, except where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a reliable, insured and trackable courier service.

A refund cannot be processed unless we receive the returned Goods or you provide valid proof of delivery confirming that the return parcel has been delivered to us.
